Visiting children in hospitals , bringing them new stuffed toys

Going where God leads us, above photos were in a distribution facility in Sderot, right outside of Gaza. We helped fold clothes, to prepare for the open house. There is a lot of trash in Israel. We have ‘adopted a site’ at The Mount of Beatitudes.

Picking onions at a farm that grows food for the poor; working in a soup kitchen in Jerusalem.

We also support various humanitarian organizations in Israel such as the Jerusalem Institute of Justice, Adonai Roi, Be’ad Chaim, Maoz Israel, the Joseph project and more.

Toys for children in the hospital

Many thanks in the name of all the "more happy" children who have received a toy on the way into surgery, and not less important in the names of the medical staff (mainly anesthetists) who give these toys to the children.

Gloves for soldiers

I don't know if I ever told you how much we appreciate the gloves! I brought them to my guys, and they jumped all over them. It was funny to hear them talk about which style they wanted. "oh this is nice, but it might be better to talk this other pair because they're water-resistant." "these ones are great, but I think these ones would be cooler to wear when I go home" "These are the best ones, by far..." all sorts of comments, and to each his own. In short they were all very grateful. Many send their thanks an appreciation. I told them that the gloves were a gift from a Messianic Jewish friend of ours and Christians who love Israel. So, you were able to warm their hands and make a good name for the followers of Yeshua! Amen.

A note from one of the hospitals we visited

It was wonderful seeing you again last week! Thank you so much for another super visit with your arms laden with toys for the kids. I am sure that you enjoyed distributing the dolls as much as the children delighted in receiving them.

You have both shown such incredible thoughtfulness and caring. Through your ongoing visits to Children’s Medical Center you have become close and familiar friends. Please know that your visits bring joy and cheer not only to the children, but to their parents as well.

We deeply appreciate all you have done and continue to do on behalf of our hospitalized children. שתזכו למצוות!
